Conclusion: Hold Fast the True Gospel
The truth is simple. The invitation is real. And Jesus is enough.
You’ve made it to the end of this series.
You’ve walked through the gospel message…
You’ve looked closely at Calvinism’s teachings…
You’ve tested verses in context using the King James Bible…
And, hopefully, you’ve seen this one truth shine through:
The gospel is good news for whosoever.
Not just for the elect.
Not just for the predestined.
Not just for those chosen before the world began.
But for you.
The Gospel Is Still the Power of God
The Bible says:
“I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth…”
– Romans 1:16
That gospel isn’t complicated.
It’s not buried in a system.
It doesn’t require you to prove you’re one of the chosen.
It simply says:
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” – Acts 16:31
That’s it.
No hoops.
No special group.
No guessing.
Just faith in the living Son of God, who died for your sins, rose from the dead, and invites you to trust Him completely.
Why This Series Matters
Calvinism might sound deep or impressive.
It might be packaged as “doctrinally sound” or “gospel-centered.”
But in the end, it replaces the simple call to believe with a system that:
Redefines words like “world,” “all,” and “grace”
Restricts the gospel to a secret elect
Undermines assurance by tying it to perseverance
Distracts believers from the real joy of salvation
That’s not harmless.
That’s another gospel — one Paul warned us about.
“Though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel… let him be accursed.” – Galatians 1:8
This isn’t just a theological disagreement.
It’s a fight for the clarity of the cross.
What You’ve Learned
If you’ve followed the full series, you now know:
What the true gospel is (1 Corinthians 15:1–4)
That salvation is offered to whosoever
That belief comes before new birth, not after
That assurance rests on God’s promise, not our performance
That many Calvinist “proof texts” don’t teach what they claim
That words like “elect,” “sovereign,” and “world” have been redefined
That you can stand with confidence on the Word of God
What Now?
If you’ve never believed the gospel personally, you can right now.
Not through a church.
Not through a system.
But through Jesus Christ Himself.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” – Romans 10:9
Do you believe it?
Then trust Him now — and rest in Him.
And if you already know Him, then guard the gospel. Share it clearly. Love people enough to speak the truth — even when systems get in the way.
A Final Word
You don’t need Calvinism.
You don’t need a theological label.
You need Jesus.
And the good news is still true:
“Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” – Romans 10:13
Stand on that.
Share that.
Live in that.
And hold it fast.
