You were asked to go in and deliver him. This means God directed you on an assignment. I’ve heard from a couple Christian leaders on deliverance and not every person you discern who has a demon is your assignment to deliver. Such as in a public place with a lot of unbelievers around or some other situation. Also, wood, clay and straw in the Bible represent man-made things vs gold, silver bronze so I thought of the elevator as man made and not God made. Lastly, the first level I think represents what we read in the New Testament about demons being cast out of unbelievers. I think there are other levels (ie. 3,4,5 etc) which could encompass believers being outwardly influenced by demons coming back to attach to strongholds in Christians thinking. You should ask God for a follow up dream about this. I’ve listened to Blake Healy’s books on seeing in the spirit which are quite amazing. He’s seen demons on Christians at some point in his relationship with them. The difference is how long they stay there for.

As you Prayed in tongues, it DISRUPTED the devil and it made him so upset and disturbed he crawled up to see what was going on and looked at you but couldn’t understand.
Made me think* TONGUES is powerful and effective to not only disrupt the enemy, but to also show us that by “praying in the spirit” we are able to build our self’s up in the faith, to be able to Detect these evil spirits “ using spiritual discernment , because RIGHT AFTER, You BOLDLY CAST OUT THE DEMON.
You were filled with BOLDNESS. From praying in the Spirit.

Tongues did a few things. And are very important apparently.
Here is the following which I noticed tongues did in that particular part.
1. Made you feel secure.
2. Gave you boldness
3. Gave spiritual discernment to see the devil.
4. Disrupted the enemy, confused him.
5. Drew the devil to the surface to MANIFEST, in order to cast him out!

I felt like the levels can mean different phases of deliverance. Deliverance can be a process. So level one meant .. first phase... As you step out in boldness in faith... You will begin to experience the supernatural power of God in casting out demons. New phases of deliverance.
So cool to read this! I as well want to step out more in boldness to see people free of demons.

I've heard of at least one person who was an unbeliever who had a demon who he called "wolf" or something like that. He was a warlock or something. I can't remember the full story, but I believe he got delivered.
I also have a friend who identifies as a satanist who strongly identifies with wolves. I think there may be some kind of demonic spirit that shows up in a wolf form.
